What to do after completion of the course?

You can start teaching yoga or open your own studio. You can further specialize in prenatal/postnatal yoga, kids yoga, or geriatric yoga. You can deepen your yoga knowledge with 300 hr and 500hr yoga courses. Yoga is a blooming field there are lots of opportunities in yoga as people are becoming more aware of the benefits of yoga.

Is it safe to travel alone in Nepal?

Do I need to prepare anything in advance before joining the course?

Can I immediately get started with teaching yoga after course completion?

Yes, you can start immediately. You can also wait if you are a beginner and practice yoga for a year or two before you start teaching. The choice is up to you. Nonetheless, the certificate awarded allows you to start immediately.

Can I get vegan food?

Vegan food can be provided on request. Otherwise, we provide 100% vegetarian food following a yogic diet.
